Do you need help logging in?
Here are a couple of things to keep in mind. Check to see if you are using the same email that you signed up with.
Sometimes, your device's security features hide your actual email as an added security feature. However, when you sign up, our system sends a request to the email address you provided so you can confirm your email. When this happens, if you cannot access the randomly generated alternative to your email, you will be unable to finish the process.
You will need to sign up again with an email address you can access and confirm.
